Emerald City Tour Guides wants to work with you. For customized group tours, please let us know your desired per person budget, and we will to our best to create a tour that works within most budgets!

What is your cancellation policy?
For customized tours, a 10% down payment is required at booking. Group tours can be cancelled with 72 hours notice, but the 10% down payment is non-refundable. Full tour costs will be charged 24 hours before tour occurs and are non-refundable, with certain exceptions allowed for family emergencies and unforeseeable events.
